About the position

As a member of the Customer Success team, you are the primary contact for our (inter)national customers and therefore the business card of our company.
Customers are your number one priority and familiarizing users with our platform is something you are cut out for. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our customers during their projects on our platform, you will advise them and help them grow.

Working in the Customer Success team also means you will work closely with different teams like Sales, Marketing and DevOps, to achieve the most impact for our customers.
We focus on the complete customer journey, ensuring a smooth process and helping our customers during every step of their project.
We're dedicated to being customer-centric, focusing on understanding their needs and advising them use our product effectively.

You will analyze customer situations when they require your help and expertise. Your strength lies in identifying their challenges and collaboratively finding effective solutions.

We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, problem solvers who are not afraid to start a conversation.
Someone who has no problem adapting to changing customer needs, open to new challenges and embraces a dynamic work environment.

This role also requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You will interact with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and video calls.
