Business Development Representative Benelux

As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the frontline of our growth strategy in the Benelux. As a market leader, you hold a strong position from which our business can be further developed. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the incredible value our virtual data room can bring to their businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers (such as KPMG, EY, CBRE) through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Collaborating: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Achieving Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, playing a crucial role in the growth of the company.
Educating: Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the benefits and features of our products, understanding the unique needs and pain points of each potential customer.
Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, creating a foundation of trust and credibility.
Qualifying Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our ideal customer profile, making sure you focus on the most promising opportunities.
Fluency in two of the following languages:
Dutch & English. Orally and written.
A passion for technology and/or dealmaking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
You live in or close to Rotterdam.
Commercially oriented and a strong drive to achieve goals.
1-3 years of work experience in a similar position in B2B or sales.
You are proactive and can adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.

Salary: Let's be straightforward – you naturally expect a competitive salary. The salary range is between €2,700 - €3,700 per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
Competitive Bonus System
Working Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Vacation Days: 25 vacation days + 2 additional non-sick days.
