Jeroen Kruithof is the co-founder and CEO of Virtual Vaults. Before founding the company in 2014, he led Data Room Services for over 15 years, gaining deep experience in M&A workflows and working with every major VDR provider, law firm, investment bank and corporate finance boutique. His vision to simplify and accelerate dealmaking for the mid-market shaped Virtual Vaults into the Benelux market leader it is today. 

 He set out to bring the best practices and expertise from top-tier deals within reach of the mid-market, where the majority of deals take place. His goal: to design a platform that doesn’t just support the process but actively guides it. A system that, by design, serves the user with the smartest next step at every stage; making professional M&A execution accessible, intuitive, and repeatable for all.
