We're growing, and we need your help!
You arrive at the head office in Rotterdam, hang up your coat and put down your laptop on your desk. First, you go down to get a nice cup of coffee or a fresh ginger tea. You chat with one of your colleagues and then walk back to your seat. Once you're logged in, you are ready to start the day. Bring on those questions!
The phone rings... You are the first to answer it and ask what you can do to help the person on the other end. It is an M&A advisor from KPMG who has a question about the settings of the Vault. You know the Vault like the back of your hand, so you know exactly how everything can best be arranged. The advisor is helped well and thanks you for your time and comprehensive advice. Wow, that feels good! 💥
A request for an archiving on USB arrives. You don't waste any time and start on it straight away. You make the download, put it on the personalized USB and check whether everything is correct. You carefully put it in a DHL envelope and it is ready for shipment.
Then it's time for lunch! You walk down with your colleagues. Grilled sandwich time! 🥪 You pour a nice juice and chat about what everyone has done over the weekend.
Then it's time to get serious again. You check a few tickets from Zendesk, answer questions from Vault users and call them when necessary to provide additional explanations. One person is German. This is no problem for you and you help the customer through the Vault in her own language.
Ah, the work schedule template for next month has already arrived. You grab your agenda and fill in your availability. You have a busy study period next month, so you won't be able to work a lot. No problem! You discuss it and send your availability back to the manager. ✅
In the meantime you've received some emails. Positive feedback from a customer. Yes, that's nice! The customer indicates that he would like to open a new Vault for a real estate deal. You communicate directly with your colleagues from Sales to send a new contract. "Top service!" is the feedback you get from the customer.
The evening shift takes over the work, you transfer the pending tickets and close your computer with a satisfied feeling. Time to go home!
You are fluent in German and English, both orally and written.
After you have finished the Wonderwork training, you can quickly switch between different computer systems (Office 365, Virtual Vaults platform, Zendesk). 💻
You are a multitasker and have good analytical skills.
You are customer-friendly, social and solution-oriented. 📈
You like to work flexibly and dynamically.
You have at least HBO educational level.
You like to work in a team, but you can also work independently! 💼
You are looking for a serious side job where you can develop yourself.
… an online platform, which supports the M&A world to do deals faster, safer and more efficiently. It sounds like a serious world, and that’s true. But at Virtual Vaults we try to take a fresh look at this. A combination of M&A and tech! We are ambitious with an annual growth rate of more than 70%. That's something we're all proud of.
