As a Customer Success Advisor, together with the Customer Success Agents, you are the point of contact for our (inter)national customers and therefore a reflection of our company. Customers are your number 1 priority and familiarizing users with our platform is something that you are cut out for. You support clients with important M&A and real estate deals. And that gives you energy!

A typical working day

When you arrive at our head office in Rotterdam, you make a delicious cappuccino and have a chat with one of your colleagues. Now you are all set. The phone rings.....

It is the M&A advisor at Deloitte whom you gave good advice before when setting up their Vault. Her Vault is about to go live! You think along and do a final check. After all, you are the expert in this area and very important to her deal.

At 10 AM you have an onboarding in your agenda. You have prepared yourself and will advise your customers in the next hour on how to set up their Vault to make their deal as efficient as possible.

At the end of the morning you walk down for a training. New features were released this week and you should know better than anyone how it works to help customers.

Your Sales colleague walks in to tell you he's just closed an important contract. This Vault opens on Monday and asks you to make an onboarding appointment for Monday afternoon. You pick this up right away.

In the meantime you have received several emails. Positive feedback from a customer. Yay, that's nice! This customer indicates that he would like to open a new Vault for a real estate deal. You communicate directly with your colleagues from Sales to send a new contract. “Top service” is the feedback that you receive from the customer.

The evening shift takes over the work, you transfer the outstanding tickets, and close your computer with a satisfied feeling. Let's go home!

  • You have 2-5 years of work experience in a similar position.
